Whether you have never played before, or have been playing for years, Street Lacrosse is a super easy way to get involved and either learn to play or sharpen your skills -

If you've ever played pickup basketball you understand the idea - a ball, a stick, a couple kids and an open space.

There's a lot of passing/catching/running and moving into open space, all the things you need to do in lacrosse, the only difference is not hitting, so no gear required -
